The presentation was delivered by Christine Auffret, a member of the Local History Group . We had a good sized audience. This event was by way of a change from the usual evening. Christine adopted a relaxed tone to the evening. The audience was invited to look around the church and grounds. It was a more participative evening for the audience. There were people in all parts of the church examining the interesting features in the fabric. The church dates back at least to the 11th century. Its age added to the evening. The church is rich in its old stonework, carvings and furniture. There was even a puzzle based on the altar cross.

The time passed easily and the audience moved on to the village hall for refreshment.   An enjoyable evening.
